Held My Breath

Life has become a whirlwind lately. A constant rush of activity, deadlines, and appointments. It's easy to be swept up in the madness, forgetting to breathe.

But I've been trying. Making a conscious effort to pull away from the frenzy and just be for a moment. To feel the world around me, not just go through it.

It's amazing how much I neglect when I scramble. The sounds of children playing, the glow on my skin, the simple grace in everyday things.

Catching my breath is a blessing to realign. A way to rediscover peace amidst the turmoil.

An Echo of Nothingness

In the abyss where this consuming silence, thoughts become knotted. A heavy veil dampens every sound, every whisper that break the eerie stillness.
